General shipping information from Neuerts
We look forward to your order in our online shop. In order to ensure that you are always well informed about the current status of your order after the order has been placed, you can find below all important information about the shipment of your goods.
Shipping within Germany
We ship from an order value of 40.00 € within Germany free shipping. Please note the delivery time of the desired product when placing the order. We ship orders of stored goods on receipt until 14:00 clock usually the same day. Shipping is via DHL. In some cases, shipping takes place from an external warehouse and, if necessary, then with another shipping service provider. In this case, you will be informed by e-mail.
After shipment of your goods you will receive a shipping confirmation with a tracking link and the tracking number. After the first scan in a DHL logistics center, the status changes and can now be tracked. You are always up to date on the whereabouts of your shipment. Average time to delivery is usually 1-3 business days.
If there are delays in the delivery, we ask you first to check the current status of your shipment using the tracking link. The package may have been submitted to a neighbor and you have not received any message about it.
If the package can not be located contrary, please contact us. We will then immediately take care of the whereabouts of the shipment and submit a search request.
We are happy to ship your goods and a delivery address abroad. The respective shipping costs can be found in the following shipping costs table. Please note that costs for destinations outside of Europe weighing up to 5 kilos are calculated / specified. At higher weight, we will tell you the exact shipping cost before shipping and you can decide if you want to keep the order.
Note: no delivery of Villeroy & Boch products to Russia
Villeroy & Boch do not allow their products to be delivered to the Russian Federation. The shipment of any Villeroy & Boch goods to Russia is therefore prohibited. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us by e-mail at email@example.com.

Returns and Complaints
Our shipping team always gives their best and packs your goods carefully and unbreakable. If an item still defective or damaged in your, we are sorry. Please contact us regarding your complaint with details of your order number, a short description as well as pictures showing the defects or damage by e-mail to the e-mail address firstname.lastname@example.org.
Before returning defective or damaged items to us, we ask you to contact us in advance to check the complaint in advance and to inform you about the further procedure.
The estimated shipping costs can only be used if the basket is not empty.
